Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Pisa- Sotefin Parking Private Limited’ as private limited company in Kolkata under the provisions of the Companies, Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 16, 2012, issued by Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata. The name of the company was changed to ‘Sotefin Parking Private Limited’ pursuant to a special resolution dated October 21, 2016. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon name change was granted to the Company on November 17, 2016. The name of the Company was further changed to Sotefin Bharat Private Limited pursuant to a special resolution dated December 12, 2024. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon name change was granted to the Company on January 1, 2025. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2025, and the name of our Company was changed to “Sotefin Bharat Limited”. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated November 28, 2025, was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
