
Studds Accessories IPO: Indian helmet maker, Studds Accessories, initial public offering (IPO) is a book-built issue, offering stock market investors an entirely offer for sale (OFS) issue of equity shares. The company's IPO opened for public bidding on Thursday, 30 October 2025.
Stock market investors subscribed 1.54 times to the Studds Accessories IPO as investors bid for 84,16,075 equity shares, compared to the total 54,50,284 shares on offer as of the first day, according to the BSE data.
Out of the three investor segments of the IPO, the retail investor segment emerged as the highest bidder, as subscribers bid for 2.16 times for 58,91,700 shares, compared to the 27,25,142 shares on offer.
The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment came in after the retail investors, as they subscribed for 2.14 times the public issue, as bidders booked 24,98,400 shares, compared to the total 11,67,918 shares on offer for the segment.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was booked 2% as investors bid for 25,975 shares, compared to the total 15,57,224 shares on offer, according to the BSE data.
As of Thursday, 30 October 2025, the grey market premium (GMP) of Studds Accessories IPO stood at ₹53 per share. With the upper price band of the public issue at ₹585, the shares of the company are expected to be listed at ₹638 apiece, marking a premium of 9%, according to IPO India data.
Grey market premium (GMP) is an indicator of investors' willingness to pay more for a public issue.
Studds Accessories IPO is offering a book-built public issue comprising an entirely offer for sale (OFS) component of 77.86 lakh equity shares, as the company plans to raise ₹455.49 crore from the Indian stock market.
The public issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 30 October 2025, and is scheduled to close on Monday, 3 November 2025. The shares are expected to be allotted to the investors on 4 November 2025.
Studds Accessories fixed the price band of the public issue at the range of ₹557 to ₹585 per share, with a lot size of 25 shares per lot.
IIFL Capital Services Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar of the offer.
