Urban Enviro Waste Management makes a decent debut; lists with 41% premium at ₹141 per share

Urban Enviro Waste Management Ltd made a strong debut on the NSE Emerge Thursday as the shares got listed at a premium of 41% to the issue price. Urban Enviro Waste Management shares began trading at ₹141 apiece, as against the issue price of ₹100 per share.

Urban Enviro Waste Management IPO was subscribed by a massive 255.49 times as the issue received bids for 27.72 crore shares as against 11.42 lakh shares on the offer.

The public issue got subscribed 220.65 times in the retail category and by 281.41 times in the other category during June 12 to 14.

The ₹11.42 crore worth Urban Enviro Waste Management IPO comprised sale of 11.42 lakh equity shares at a fixed price of 100 each. 

The IPO consisted of an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.22 lakh equity shares by selling shareholder Vikas Sharma and a fresh issue of 9.2 lakh equity shares totalling ₹9.2 crore.

Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited provides Waste Management Solutions and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management services comprising waste collection, transportation, segregation & disposal services across the country.
