Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited is an India-based manufacturer of lead-acid storage batteries for industrial and automotive applications in India and allied activities. The Company's products are exported to various countries in the Indian Ocean Rim. The Group also provides installation, commissioning and maintenance services. The automotive and industrial battery brands of the Company are Amaron, PowerZone, Power Stack, AmaronVolt and Quanta. The Company is also engaged in the business of developing and manufacturing energy storage and management products, solutions and technologies related to lithium cells or other advanced cell chemistries (ACC), battery packs and components like chargers etc. Its products include AMARON SLEEK, AMARON VOLT, AMARON QUANTA, and AMARON Quanta S-XEL. It provides Li-ion cells, battery packs and charging solutions for light electric vehicles and the telecom industry. Its applications include telecom, solar, railway, and defense.
