The Company operates through the shrimp processing segment. It produces two kinds of shrimps, namely the Whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus Vannamei) and the Black Tiger Shrimp (Penaeus monodon). Its output comprises variants of processed Vannamei shrimp (White shrimp) and are sold under the brands owned by its customers and through its brands, namely Bay fresh, Bay Harvest and BayPremium. The Company supplies ready-to-cook products to a diversified customer base consisting of retail chains, restaurants, club stores and distributors spread across multiple geographies in the United States of America, United Kingdom, and various European countries. Its Litopenaeus vannamei product includes peeled, deveined, tail-on; peeled un-deveined, tail-on; peeled, un-deveined, and others.
