The Company operates through two segments: Printing / publishing and allied business segment, which includes newspapers, magazines, printing job work, Internet and mobile interactive services, and others and the Radio segment, which includes broadcasting of radio. It operates through brand 94.3 MY frequency modulation (FM) radio stations with a presence in approximately seven states and 30 cities. The Company publishes approximately five newspapers, which include Dainik Bhaskar with 43 editions, Divya Bhaskar with eight editions, Saurashtra Samachar, Divya Marathi with six editions, and DB Star, across approximately 12 states in India. Its monthly magazines and supplements include Aha Zindagi, Bal Bhaskar, Kalash, Dharmdarshan, and Lakshya. The Digital business includes Websites, such as dainikbhaskar.com, divyabhaskar.com, divyamarathi.com, homeonline.com, bhaskarad.com, and moneybhaskar.com.
