The Company’s segments include Aerospace Naval and Power System Batteries and Lead Acid Storage Batteries. Its Aerospace Naval and Power System Batteries segment offers Silver Zinc Batteries which are manufactured to the customers in majority being the Defense ministry of Indian Government. Its Acid Storage Batteries manufactures Batteries for commercial application. The Company offers aircraft batteries, torpedo batteries, missiles batteries and helicopter batteries for defense; car batteries and truck batteries; valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries, and other batteries. Its hi-tech batteries are used in army, navy, air force and launch vehicles and its commercial batteries are used for defense, auto, VRLA applications and other. The Company's batteries are used for various aerospace applications, such as underwater propulsion, control guidance, communication, and other.
