The India Cements Limited is an India-based company, which manufactures and markets cement and cement related products. The Company's subsidiaries and associate companies are mainly engaged in the business of sugar, power, financial services, trading, mining and transportation. It operates through one single segment, which is cement. Its brands include Sankar Super Power, Coromandel King, Raasi Gold, Coromandel Super Power, Raasi Concrete and Coromandel Super King. Its specialty cements include Coromandel SRPC, Coromandel Sleeper Cement and Coromandel Oil Well Cement. Its allied products include Coromandel White and Coromandel Super Wall Putty. The Company owns and operates coal mining in Indonesia. The Company's shipping division consists of vessel operations and chartering. Its ships include Panamax ship, m.v. Chennai Valarchi. It also caters to the group's vessel requirements for importing cargoes of coal, gypsum and limestone on its own ships as well as by chartering vessels.
