JBM Auto Limited is an India-based manufacturer of auto systems with a presence in the e-mobility space. The Company manufactures and sells sheet metal components, tools, dies and molds and buses, including the sale of spare parts, accessories and maintenance contracts for buses. Its segments include sheet metal components, assemblies and sub-assemblies (Component Division); tool, dies and molds (Tool Room Division); and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Division. The Component Division is engaged in the business of manufacturing of automobile parts for commercial and passenger vehicles. The Tool Room Division manufactures dies for the sheet metal segment or sells dies. The OEM Division includes activities related to the development, design, manufacture, assembly and sale of buses as well as parts, accessories and maintenance contracts of the same. The Company's products include auto systems, high-level assemblies, electric vehicles (EVs) and buses.
