Jubilant FoodWorks Limited is a food tech company. It is engaged in retail sales of food through international and homegrown brands addressing different food market segments. Its international brands include Domino’s Pizza, Dunkin’, and Popeyes. Its two own brands include Hong’s Kitchen, an Indo-Chinese quick service restaurant (QSR) brand in India and a CAFE brand - COFFY in Turkey. For Domino’s Pizza, the Company has rights to open and operate Domino’s Pizza Restaurants in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In India, it has a network of approximately 2,321 Domino’s restaurants. It also operates Domino’s restaurants in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh through its wholly owned subsidiaries. It also operates over 61 Popeyes restaurants and 31 Dunkin’ restaurants in India. Its Hong’s Kitchen brand operates in the Chinese cuisine segment, which has approximately 33 restaurants. Its subsidiaries include Jubilant FoodWorks Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Bangladesh Limited, and others.
