This Project is developed by New Chennai Township Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. It owns Karaikal port, which is a multi-cargo port and handles all types of dry cargo, in bulk and break-bulk form, as well as containers and liquid cargo. The Company's residential spaces range from affordable homes to luxury homes.
