Modern Insulators Limited is an India-based porcelain insulator manufacturer. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing insulators and terry towels. It is associated with national and regional utilities, Indian railways, original equipment manufacturers, and engineering, procurement and construction companies worldwide. It also exports porcelain insulators to approximately 50 countries. Its segments include Insulators and Terry Towels. Its products include hollow insulators, solid core insulators, long rod insulators and railway insulators. The hollow porcelain insulators are manufactured using high strength aluminous porcelain and subjected to strict processes and dimensional controls. Its solid core insulators are designed to meet the essential mechanical and electrical properties, as well as meet the loads arising out of short circuit, seismic, wind, thermal, ice and any other dynamic loads. The long rod insulators are subjected to static and dynamic loads.
