Nagpur Power and Industries Limited is an India-based holding company. The Company is principally engaged in manufacturing high, medium and low carbon ferro manganese and silico manganese slag. The Company’s segment includes High/Medium/Low Carbon Ferro Manganese and Silico Manganese Slag, Electrical Division, and Electro Mechanical Division. The Company, through its subsidiary, Motwane Manufacturing Company Private Limited, is engaged in the business of manufacturing electrical equipment for transformer testing, underground cable fault equipment, oil testing services, access control equipment’s, baggage scanner, which is sold primarily to the power sector and energy intensive industries. The Company operates a metal recovery plant and produces low ferro manganese (slag) through its slag recovery process.
