PTC India Financial Services Limited is an India-based infrastructure finance company. The Company provides financing solutions to the energy value chain, which includes investing in equity or extending debt to road infrastructure projects and power projects, in generation, transmission, distribution, fuel resources and fuel-related infrastructure. It provides fund-based / non-fund-based financial assistance in the form of debt or structured debt instruments, taking into account the needs of the promoter/borrowing company, the condition of the financial markets, risks and rewards of the project and regulatory requirements. The Company offers long-term and short-term loans. As an underwriter, lead arranger, and syndicator, it is structurally focused on renewable energy projects, such as greenfield as well as brownfield expansion projects, and specializes in products, including vanilla project finance debt, structured debt, and securitization.
