The Company's subsidiaries in Indonesia have exclusive national master franchisee of the brands Burger King and Popeyes in Indonesia. Its portfolio also includes BK Cafe in India. The Company has rights to develop, establish, own, operate and franchise Burger King branded restaurants in India and through PT Sari Burger Indonesia, its subsidiary in Indonesia, and use its brand name and the associated technical, marketing and operational expertise. BK Cafe serves a diverse range of hot and cold coffee-based beverages, non-coffee shakes, hot chocolate and complementary food items. Popeyes is a United States Fried Chicken brand. The Company has around 455 restaurants in India across 107 cities and 150 restaurants in Indonesia. It has approximately 351 BK Cafe. It has around 25 Popeyes restaurants across four Indonesian cities.
