SEAMEC Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in providing diving support vessels (DSVs) in the offshore oilfield industry. The Company operates Multi Support Vessels to provide support services including marine, construction and diving services to offshore oilfields and bulk carrier vessels for providing bulk carrier services. The Company has two operating segments, namely Domestic and Overseas. It owns and operates five DSVs, one Offshore Support Vessel (OSV), and one Barge. Its offshore fleet includes SEAMEC II, SEAMEC III, SEAMEC PRINCESS, SEAMEC PALADIN and SEAMEC SWORDFISH which are multi-support, multi-functional DSVs, SEAMEC DIAMOND which is an OSV and SEAMEC GLORIOUS which is an Accommodation Barge. It also owns and operates Bulk Carriers. It has two bulk carriers, namely SEAMEC GALLANT and ASIAN PEARL. The Company’s subsidiaries include SEAMEC International FZE, Seamec UK Investments Limited, Aarey Organic Industries Private Limited, among others.
