Shalby Limited is an India-based company, which operates multi-specialty hospital chains. Its segments include Healthcare Services segment, which includes the business of setting up and managing hospitals and medical diagnostics services, and Manufacturing segment, which includes the manufacturing of implants. The Company’s divisions include Hospital business, Shalby Orthopedics Centre of Excellence (SOCE) franchise, Homecare, and Implant Business. SOCE offers a comprehensive orthopedic center for all orthopedic-related issues, including joint replacement surgery. The Company offers a range of specialties, which include critical care and trauma, spine surgery, neurology, and neurosurgery, ortho-oncology, cardiology and minimally invasive cardiac surgery, sports injury, kidney transplant, liver transplant, hepato-biliary surgery, pediatrics, dental cosmetics and implantology, and ophthalmology. It has approximately 11 multi-specialty hospitals.
