Shree Renuka Sugars Limited is an India-based agri-business and bio-energy company. The Company is engaged in the business of sugar, ethyl alcohol, ethanol, generation and sale of power. Its segments include sugar milling, sugar refinery, distillery, co-generation, trading, engineering and other. The sugar business produces white sugar and markets under its flagship brand, Madhur. It also supplies its sugar to national and multinational companies manufacturing beverages, biscuits & snacks and confectionaries. The green energy business comprises ethanol (for blending into petrol) and electricity production. Ethanol is produced directly from cane juice or derived from molasses. It produces three grades of Ethanol at distilleries: Absolute Alcohol (AA) or Ethanol for fuel blending, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), and Rectified Spirit (RS). It supplies its various grades of ethanol to its customers, the oil marketing industry, the potable alcohol industry, and the chemical industries.
