Sumitomo Chemical India Limited is an India-based company. The Company manufactures, imports, and markets products for crop protection, grain fumigation, rodent control, biopesticide, plant nutrition & plant growth regulators, professional pest control, public health insecticides, household pesticides, and feed additives. The plant nutrition & plant growth regulators product category offers Chitto, ika, Danza Power, Hoshi, and Tabol. The household pesticides product category offers VectoBac 12 AS, Sumilarv 0.5 G, and Kemtrek 20 EC. The biological product category offers EXCEL MADHYAM, SUDOCEL, and TRICHO HR. The Company manufactures and supplies Methionine, which is used as a feed additive. It also produces various technical grade pesticides in its manufacturing units with indigenous research and development (R&D) facilities. Its subsidiary, Valent Biosciences LLC, is engaged in producing a range of naturally occurring pesticides and plant growth regulators.
