V-Mart Retail Limited is an India-based family fashion store that retails readymade garments and accessories. The Company is engaged in value retailing through a chain of stores situated in various places in India. It operates through two segments: Retail Trade and Digital Marketplace. The Retail Trade segment is engaged in domestic sales to customers at stores. The Digital Marketplace segment is engaged in the commission and other income by providing a Limeroad platform for vendors. Its products portfolio is categorized into Apparel, Non-Apparel, and General Merchandise. Its Non-Apparel category consists of footwear, home needs, tech wearables and audio accessories, and beauty and fashion accessories. Its Apparel category consists of inner wear, sports and active wear, and western wear. Its General Merchandise category includes fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) products, packaged food items, and staple food. It operates through approximately 500 stores across 28 states.
