Ahead of the opening of the stock market, market watchers should be aware of ongoing corporate announcements covering interim dividend. Anand Rathi, MM Forgings and IRB Infra Ltd will trade ex-dividend on May 29 with respect to the interim dividends announced by the companies.

b) MM Forgings: The company has declared interim dividend of ₹6 per share. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 29 May, 2023.
In the past twelve months, MM Forgings has declared an equity dividend of 60 per cent amounting to ₹6 per share. At the current share price this results in a dividend yield of 0.71 per cent. On Friday, the company's scrip ended 0.97 per cent down at ₹843.90 on BSE.
c) IRB Infrastructure Developers: The company has declared interim dividend of ₹0.0750 per share. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 29 May, 2023.
In the past twelve months, IRB Infrastructure Developers declared an equity dividend 20 per cent amounting to ₹0.2 per share.. At the current share price this results in a dividend yield of 0.73 per cent. On Friday, the company's scrip ended 0.51 per cent down at ₹27.55 on BSE.
