Stockbroking firm, AngelOne on Monday annnounced final dividend for the eligible shareholders. In order to determine the eligibility of the shareholders the broking firm also fixed record date.
“As informed by the Company on April 17,2023, Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- per share. The record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend is 16th June, 2023." said Angel One in a stock exchange filing.
In Q4FY23, AngelOne reported a total net profit of ₹267 crore, up 17.1% from Q3FY23. Consolidated EBDAT was ₹370.5 crore, up 19.6% from the quarter ended December 2022. EBDAT margin for the quarter was 57.5%. Consolidated total revenue amounted to ₹831.1 crore, up 9.4% QoQ. In Q4FY23, the average daily turnover was ₹18.5 trillion, a rise of 27.7% over Q3 of the same fiscal year. The corporation reported that for the three months ending March 31, its overall clientele rose by 49.5% to 13.8 million. However, Angel's active client ratio—which shows the proportion of clients that trade frequently—fell from 39.7% to 31% during the previous year.
The shares of Angel One were last seen trading on the BSE at ₹1315 apiece up by 2.95% from the previous close of ₹1277.35. The stock touched a 52-week-high of ₹1,673.00 on (14/10/2022) and a 52-week-low of ₹1,000.00 on (01/03/2023). During Q4FY23, the company recorded promoters shareholding of 38.48%, FIIs stake of 16.61%, DIIs stake of 9.73%, and public stake of 35.17%.
