Central Depository Services (India) Ltd, V-Mart Retail Ltd, Welspun India Ltd, TVS Electronics Ltd, and others saw heavy buying and selling on June 14.
According to data on NSE, the BSE sold 4.5 per cent stake, i.e., 47,44,000 shares at an average price of ₹ 985.98, thus taking the transaction to ₹467 crore in Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL). As of March 2023, BSE held 20 per cent of CDSL.
ICICI Prudential Technology Fund bought- 0.5 per cent stake, i.e., 5,28,148 shares at an average price of ₹985.
BSE sold a 2.5 percent share in CDSL earlier in February of this year through an offer for sale (OFS) route.
TVS Electronics Limited also saw buying and selling. Graviton Research Capital LLP sold 1,30,392 shares of TVS Electronics Limited at an average price of ₹417.32. It bought 1,30,392 shares at ₹417.32, according to data on NSE.
While, in V-Mart Retail Ltd saw heavy buying and selling. T. Rowe Price International Discovery Fund sold a part of its stake. According to March 2023, the company held 2.07 per cent stake in the company.
It sold 3,77,181 shares at an average price of ₹1,990.43, according to data by NSE. While, Amansa Holdings Private Limited bought 3,37,820 shares of the fashion retailer at an average price of ₹1,990.
Welspun India Limited also saw heavy and buying. Infinity Holdings sold 94,88,315 shares at an average price of ₹93.61, while Societe Generale bought 50,00,000 shares at an average price of ₹93.50.
Tanla Platforms Limited also saw heavy buying and selling. Graviton Research Capital LLP sold 10,13,457 shares of Tanla Platforms Limited at an average price of ₹1,022.33.
Graviton Research Capital LLP bought 10,13,457 shares at ₹1,021.71, according to data on NSE.
