PremiumThe promoters of CMS Info Systems Limited has offloaded a part of its stake in the company via open market operations.
Sion Investment Holdings, part of the promoter group, offloaded a nearly 13.7 per cent stake for ₹638 crore in CMS Info Systems through bulk deals on Friday.
According to BSE shareholding, Sion Investment Holdings have 60.24 per cent stake in CMS Info Systems as of March 2023 quarter. Post the latest transaction, Sion Investment Holdings' stake has been reduced to 46.54 per cent from 60.24 per cent at the end of March.
According to NSE bulk deal, Sion Investment Holdings sold 2,12,40,000 shares at an average price of ₹300.23. Mansi Shares & Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd also sold 9,08,303 shares at an average price of ₹309.31, taking the transaction value to ₹637.68 crore.
According to bulk deals data available with the exchanges, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has bought 20 lakh shares of 1.29 per cent at an average price of ₹300, while Norges Bank has picked up about 25 lakh shares or 1.69 per cent stake at an average price of ₹300.
Apart from the foreign investors, three domestic fund houses SBI Mutual Fund, 360 One Mutual Fund, and IIFL Mutual Fund have added stakes in CMS Info Systems, bulk deals data showed.
SBI Mutual Fund bought 67 lakh shares at an average price of ₹300, and 360 One Mutual Fund, on the other hand, has bought 12 lakh shares at ₹300. IIFL Mutual Fund, meanwhile, added 12,36,111 shares in CMS Info Systems.
While, Mansi Shares and Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd bought 9,43,301 shares at an average price of 301.83 and Valuequest Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd bought 10,08,000 at ₹ 300.
On the other hand, Tips Films also saw buying and selling. Graviton Research Capital sold 46,117 shares at an average of ₹566.87, while it bought 46,117 shares at an average price of ₹566.18
