HDFC AMC Q3 Results LIVE: Jefferies sees 26% AAUM CAGR over FY24-27E led by SIP flows of ~10-12%, non-SIP flows of ~5-6% and ~8% in MTM gains. As operating leverage kicks in, C/I ratio should moderate by ~180 bps and drive 17% earnings CAGR over the period.

Given the structural opportunity from equity under-penetration in India, we believe large AMCs will continue to demand healthy valuations led by growing inflows. We adjust for the MTM hit, leading to 6-7% cuts to our FY26-27E EPS estimates, Jefferies said. The brokerage maintained a ‘Buy’ rating on HDFC AMC shares, and cut the target price to ₹5,000 apiece from ₹5,450 per share earlier.

HDFC AMC Q3 Results LIVE: Overall AUM for HDFC AMC grew 3.1% as of November 2024 compared with September 2024. Equity AUM grew by 2.1% over the same period leading to a decrease in share of pure Equity AUM QoQ by -0.5%. Yes Securities believes that trends as of December 2024 would be dependent on the trends seen till November while we additionally factor in Nifty Return of -2.0% and Nifty Midcap 100 return of 1.4% for December 2024.

We pencil in an overall AUM growth of 2.5% QoQ for HDFCAMC. We expect EBITDA margin will marginally deteriorate sequentially and other income to be lower sequentially during the quarter, Yes Securities said.
