BackIdeaForge IPO to end a day earlier as stock market holiday changes, check the last date for subscription
ideaForge IPO price band is set at ₹638 to ₹672 per equity share. Allotment date is expected on July 4, 2023, and listing date on July 7, 2023. The IPO has received subscribe tag from Motilal Oswal and Marwari Financial Services.
PremiumideaForge IPO: Due to shift in stock market holiday for Bakri Id 2023 from 28th June 2023 to 29th June 2023, ideaForge Technology IPO subscription will end on 28th June 2023 instead of 29th June 2023 as notified earlier. Due to revision in trading holiday from 28th June 2023 to 29th June 2023, investors will not be able to apply for the IPO on Thursday due to no action on BSE and NSE on this date. But, they will be able to apply for the ideaForge IPO on Wednesday, which was not possible in earlier case.
However, an official notice from market regulator SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) is still awaited.
"As per attached notification of Maharashtra General Administration Department dated June 26,2023 regarding change in Holiday on account of Bakri Eid (Id-Ul-Zuha) on June 29,2023 and in partial modification of Exchange notice no 20221208-31 dated December 08,2022, trading members are hereby informed that there will be change in trading holiday for the Equity, Equity Derivatives and Security Lending and Borrowing (SLB) Segments in June 2023 as follows from June 28, 2023 to June 29, 2023," adding, "In view of the above there will be change in expiry date in equity derivatives as follows from June 29, 2023 to June 28, 2023."
ideaForge IPO got off to a flying start and its retail portion got fully subscribed within 30 minutes of its subscription opening on Monday. By 12:42 PM on day 2 of bidding, ideaForge IPO subscription status indicates that the public offer has been subscribed 7.10 times whereas its retail portion has been subscribed 223.141 times.
