InterGlobe Aviation, the operator of budget carrier IndiGo Airlines, will announce its earnings for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022-2023 on May 18.
In a regulatory filing, the company said,” … a meeting of the Board of Directors of InterGlobe Aviation Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2023.”
InterGlobe Aviation had posted its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹15,410.2 crore in the December 2022 quarter led by a surge in air travel demand. The company posted a net profit of ₹1,422.6 crore in Q3FY23

IndiGo is expected to post its second successive profitable quarter during Q4FY23 on the back of higher traffic, better yield and strong load, as per brokerages’ estimates.
As per Prabhudas Lilladher, IndiGo is likely to report a net profit of ₹324.1 crore in the fourth quarter ending March 2023. However, this is a sharp drop of over 77% sequentially.
The brokerage expects net sales of the company to be at ₹1,346.8 crore, up by nearly 68% YoY and down 9.8% QoQ.
On the operational front, Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) is likely to be at ₹2,257.4 crore, the brokerage said in a report.
On Friday, the shares of InterGlobe Aviation ended 0.89% lower at ₹2,232.40 apiece on teh BSE.
