
Maruti Suzuki Q2 Results Highlights: Maruti Suzuki India, the country’s largest passenger car maker, announced its Q2 results today. The board of directors of Maruti Suzuki met on Friday, 31 October 2025, and approved the financial results for the second quarter of FY26.
Auto major reported a standalone net profit of ₹3,293.1 crore in the quarter ended September 2025, registering a growth of 7.29% from ₹3,069.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal year.
The company’s standalone revenue from operations in Q2FY26 grew 13.16% to ₹42,100.8 crore from ₹37,202.8 crore, year-on-year (YoY). The overall sales volume grew 1.7% to 550,874 units in the quarter.
At the operational level, EBITDA during the September quarter was up 0.4% at ₹4,434 crore from ₹4,417 crore, while EBITDA margin contracted by 140 basis points (bps) to 10.50% from 11.90%, YoY.

Maruti Suzuki Q2 Results LIVE: Maruti Suzuki share price has been consolidating in a tight range of ₹15,700 – ₹16,450 for the past 30 trading sessions after a sharp rally from ₹12,200 to ₹16,450, noted Anshul Jain, Head of Research at Lakshmishree Investments.
This prolonged sideways movement could turn out to be a distributive range if buying momentum fails to pick up. Currently, Maruti Suzuki share price is hovering near the upper and lower boundaries of the range, but with muted volumes, indicating a lack of conviction from both sides. A clear breakout or breakdown beyond ₹16,450 or ₹15,700, accompanied by strong volumes, will be crucial to determine the next directional move for the stock, he added.
