Oberoi Realty Q3 results: Real estate developer Oberoi Realty announced its October to December quarter results on Monday, 19 January 2026. The company recorded a 0.75% rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹622.50 crore, compared year-on-year (YoY) with ₹617.82 crore in the same period a year ago, according to an exchange filing.
BSE filings showed that Oberoi Realty's revenue from core operations rose 5.7% to ₹1,492.64 crore in the October to December quarter of the fiscal year ending 2025-26, compared to ₹1,411.08 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
The company witnessed a ₹23.06 crore one-time impact from the central government's Labour Codes marked under the exceptional items in the company's consolidated financial statements.
The real estate developer's total expenses for the third quarter increased by 12.6% to ₹735.48 crore, compared to ₹652.71 crore in the same period of the previous financial year, according to the company's filings on Monday.
Oberoi Realty dividend
Oberoi Realty's board of directors announced that the firm has decided to issue a ₹2 per share dividend for the stock market investors, marking its third interim dividend for the financial year ending 2025-26.
This means that every eligible shareholder will receive a ₹2 per share dividend payment for every equity share an investor owns in the company.
“This is to inform you that the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on 19 January 2026, has declared 3rd interim dividend for FY25-26 at the rate of ₹2 (Rupees Two only) per equity share, i.e. 20% of the face value of equity shares of ₹10 each,” the company informed the stock exchanges through its filing.
Oberoi Realty's board disclosed that the company has fixed the ‘Record Date’ for the dividend issue on Friday, 23 January 2026, and the interim dividend is expected to be paid on or before 5 February 2026.
“Further, 23 January 2026 shall be the record date for the purpose of payment of the said interim dividend, and the said interim dividend shall be paid starting on or before 5 February 2026,” the company said.
Oberoi Realty share price
Oberoi Realty shares closed 0.01% higher at ₹1,664.60 after Monday's market session, compared to ₹1,664.50 at the previous market close, according to NSE data. The company announced its third-quarter results on 19 January 2026.
Shares of Oberoi Realty have delivered stock market investors more than 185% returns on their investment in the last five years and over 97% returns in the last three years, NSE data shows.
However, the company's stock has lost 16.31% in the last one-year period and has dropped 0.64% in the last one-month period, exchange data shows. Oberoi Realty shares are trading 0.42% higher in the five sessions on the Indian stock market.
Oberoi Realty stock hit its 52-week high level at ₹2,059.15 on 16 January 2025, while the 52-week low level was at ₹1,451.95 on 28 February 2025, according to the NSE data. The company's market capitalisation (M-Cap) stood at ₹60,525.23 crore as of the stock market close on 19 January 2026.
