Stocks like HealthCare Global, KDDL, MTAR Tech record large deals on Thursday; check bulk and block deals detail

KDDL Ltd, MTAR Technologies Ltd, RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd, and HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd are some of the prominent stocks that witnessed large deals on Thursday, as per the exchanges bulk and block data. Many major foreign investors also participated in these huge transactions.
Block deals refer to single trades with a 5 lakh share minimum or a value of ₹10 crore. When two parties agree to buy and sell at least this many shares at the same price, it occurs.
A bulk deal is a transaction in which at least 5% of a company's total equity shares are traded all at once. These transactions can take place throughout the regular trading session, unlike block deals. Bulk transactions don't require the opening of a specialwindow. Additionally, it is possible in the block deal window.

Bulk Deals
KDDL Ltd
Mauritius-based foreign portfolio investor (FPI) Elevation Capital V Ltd sold 3,37,357 shares of the KDDL Ltd at ₹1,070.59 apiece on National Stock Exchange on Thursday through a bulk deal. As of March 31, the foreign investor held 3.26% stake in the company.
On the other side, Siddharth Sunder Iyer bought 2,50,000 shares of the company at ₹1,071.97 apiece.
Shares of KDDL Ltd closed at ₹1,140.50 per share on NSE, up 3.5%.
MTAR Technologies Ltd
Promoter Leelavathi Parvatha Reddy sold 3,47,000 shares of MTAR Technologies Ltd at ₹1,880.04 apiece via bulk deal on on National Stock Exchange on Thursday. As of March 31, the promoter held 5.26% stake in the company.
On the other side, Societe Generale, French-based multinational financial services company bought 4,16,500 shares of the company at ₹1,880.00 apiece.
Shares of MTAR Technologies closed at ₹1,864.80 per share on NSE, down 1.82%.
RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd
Investor Avataar Holdings sold 5,500,000 shares of RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd at ₹375.02 apiece via bulk deal on Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday. As of March 31, the promoter held 7.07 % stake in the company.
On the other side, Societe Generale picked up 911,095 shares, while two Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds bought 2,534,000 shares at ₹375 apiece.
Shares of RateGain Travel Technologies ended at ₹379.40 apiece, up 0.8% on BSE.
Block Deals
HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd
Promoter ACESO Company Pte Ltd bought 35,75,000 shares of HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd at ₹320 apiece via block deal on on National Stock Exchange on Thursday. As of March 31, the promoter held 57.91% stake in the company. Oncologist and entrepreneur B S AjaiKumar, founder, promoter, and executive chairman of HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd, was the seller. As of March 31, he owned 12.99% stake of the business.
Shares of HealthCare Global Enterprises closed at ₹322.80 per share on NSE, up 2.35%.
