ICICI Bank: Private sector lender ICICI bank Ltd on Saturday reported a 158% year-on-year jump in its net profit. The bank’s net profit for the December-ended quarter was at ₹4,146 crore compared to ₹1,605 crore during the same period last year.
Vodafone Idea: India Ratings has downgraded Vodafone Idea’s ₹3500-crore debt from BBB to BBB minus after the Supreme Court struck down the company’s review petition in the verdict on the adjusted gross revenue case.
JSW Steel: The country's second largest private steel company, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹187 crore for October-December, 88% lower than the ₹1603 crore it reported in the year-ago period.
Bajaj Auto: Homegrown automaker Bajaj Auto Ltd and UK-based bike manufacturer Triumph Motorcycles Ltd on Friday signed a joint venture agreement to make mid-capacity motorcycles for India and the world.

IL&FS Group: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has cleared crisis-hit infrastructure financier IL&FS’s claims worth ₹902 crore related to a single road project that is part of the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor, PTI reported.
