ICICI Bank: Private sector lender ICICI bank Ltd on Saturday reported a 158% year-on-year jump in its net profit. The bank’s net profit for the December-ended quarter was at 4,146 crore compared to 1,605 crore during the same period last year.

Vodafone Idea: India Ratings has downgraded Vodafone Idea’s 3500-crore debt from BBB to BBB minus after the Supreme Court struck down the company’s review petition in the verdict on the adjusted gross revenue case.

JSW Steel: The country's second largest private steel company, reported a consolidated net profit of 187 crore for October-December, 88% lower than the 1603 crore it reported in the year-ago period.

Bajaj Auto: Homegrown automaker Bajaj Auto Ltd and UK-based bike manufacturer Triumph Motorcycles Ltd on Friday signed a joint venture agreement to make mid-capacity motorcycles for India and the world.

Axis Bank: The private sector lender has proposed to raise funds by issuing senior unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (Series - 5) of Rs.10 lakh each for cash at par aggregating upto Rs. 5,000 crore.

Bank of Baroda: Public sector lender Bank of Baroda on Friday reported a net loss of 1,407 crore for the three months to December, owing to higher provisions for bad assets.

Siemens Ltd: The Company has entered into definitive agreements for acquisition of 99.22% of the paid-up equity share capital of C&S Electric Limited from its promoters for around 2,100 crore (approximately EUR 267 million).

IL&FS Group: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has cleared crisis-hit infrastructure financier IL&FS’s claims worth 902 crore related to a single road project that is part of the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor, PTI reported.

Force Motors: The auto giant has lined up 600 crore in fresh investment to develop two new models over the next two years.

Earnings: InterGlobe Aviation, HDFC, Dr Reddy's Labs, HCL Infosystems, and Wockhardt will today announce their earnings for the third quarter ended 31 December.
