Uniparts India is a small cap company that recorded a market cap of 2,541.71 Cr during Friday's closing session. An international producer of engineered systems and solutions, Uniparts is headquartered in India. The group, which works out of 8 facilities in three countries and is a major provider of systems and components for the off-highway sector, exports its products to over 25 nations.

“Further to our letter(s) dated May 18, 2023 and May 22, 2023, we wish to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., May 25, 2023, has interalia, approved: -  Declaration of Second Interim dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each i.e., 60% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 and fixed Wednesday, 07th day of June 2023, as the Record Date for determining the shareholders who will be entitled to the said dividend. The interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration. Please note that the Board has decided not to recommend Final Divided,” said Uniparts India in a stock exchange filing.

During Q4FY23, the revenue from operations of the company reached 328.2 Cr down by -5.3% YoY from 346.5 Cr in Q4FY22. 

During Q4FY23 its EBITDA was flat at 70.10 Cr down by 0.01% YoY from 70.30 Cr in Q4FY22. Uniparts India said its net profit was flat at 45.30 Cr during the quarter ended March 2023 but PAT margin stood at 13.8% compared to 13.1% in the year-ago quarter.

As per the latest shareholding pattern of Uniparts India available on the exchanges, ace investor Sunil Singhania bought 1,013,770 shares worth 54.6 Cr or held a 2.3% stake in Uniparts India during Q4FY23. 

 

The shares of Uniparts India closed on the BSE at 563.15 apiece down by 5.55% from the previous close of 596.25. The stock touched a 52-week-high of 612.00 on (22/02/2023) and a 52-week-low of 501.60 on (16/03/2023).
