The UnREST festival is coming to New Delhi

Reebok UnREST, the sports and fitness festival is coming to Delhi after two editions last year in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Powered by the fitness start-up Cult.fit, the festival on 10 February will give fitness enthusiasts the chance to participate in a host of exciting sessions that include yoga, boxing, dance functional training, strength and conditioning and CrossFit.

A high-intensity functional training challenge with Reebok master trainer and CrossFit coach Shivoham is scheduled to run from 4-9pm, but some of the event’s other highlights include a yoga session with actor and TV presenter Malaika Arora, a power-packed fitness dance session by Shwetambari Shetty, and a strength and conditioning workshop by Cult trainer Rishabh Telang. These will be followed by a boxing session by former Indian international boxer turned trainer Kamal Mujtaba. The festival also brings renowned Les Mills trainer Denisa Alexandru to India for the first time. Alexandru will conduct a special body balance workshop and follow it up with another session on cardio and combat with her fellow trainer and presenter Fernando Andrade.
