The highest number of clients of any institution, 44 crore, would receive seamless banking services through the SBI's two new toll-free lines, 1800 1234 and 1800 2100. "Put an end to all of your financial concerns! Call SBI Contact Centre toll-free at 1800 1234 OR 1800 2100", the bank stated in a tweet dated June 26, Sunday. Customers of SBI will be now able to call these numbers whenever they want from the convenience of their current location and from any location. As a result, travelling to the branch to obtain services can be avoided, saving time and effort. It is also convenient for individuals who lack the digital literacy necessary to access online or app services.
