Nandamuri Balakrishna-Urvashi Rautela streaming online?
According to media reports, the Tollywood movie was initially scheduled to release on OTT platform Netflix on Sunday, February 9. However, the movie isn't available on the streaming platform. Any official confirmation about the OTT release date is awaited.
Some media reports claim that the news about the movie's release on Netflix is incorrect. Some reports even claim that Daaku Maharaaj won't be released on OTT before March.
Daaku Maharaaj Box Office Collection
Initially, the film's initial was available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages, the Hindi version was released on January 24. According to film industry tracker Sacnilk, the action drama raked in ₹90.39 crore in 26 days at the domestic box office after opening with ₹25.35 crore net collection. It collected ₹66.4 crore net in the first week, ₹17.05 crore net in the second week and ₹5.38 crore net in the third week.
Naga Vamsi’s production house Sithara Entertainments on January 13 announced that the movie collected ₹56 crore gross worldwide on opening day, making it Balakrishna’s highest opening.
The filmmakers in a post on X wrote, “#DaakuMaharaaj sets the box office on fire and owns SANKRANTHI with Thunderous BLOCKBUSTER. 56 Crores+ Worldwide Gross on DAY 1. #BlockbusterHuntingDaakuMaharaaj – THE BIGGEST OPENING for #NBK garu. Daaku Maharaaj public reviews
On X, users praised Daaku Maharaaj's Hindi version for its performances, direction, and action sequences, especially NBK and Veda Agarwal. Some called it a high-quality, power-packed, however, others criticised the film's acting, dialogues, and lack of action, with only NBK's entry standing out.
“People who watched Daaku Maharaaj’s Hindi version are praising NBK's performance, Direction, action sequences, Child artist Veda Agarwal performance, Uravasi & Bobby deol performance and @MusicThaman terrific background score,” a user wrote.
Another user added, “An NBK film which has next level quality and power packed episodes. One of the best theatrical experiences amongst his latest films”

Krishna Murthy, an educationalist, discovers his coffee estate is being used for illegal activities by MLA Trimurthulu, who then threatens his family. To protect Krishna Murthy's granddaughter, Vaishnavi, a fugitive named Daaku Maharaaj escapes prison and assumes the alias "Nanaji" as their driver. The story flashes back to Daaku Maharaaj's past as Seetharam, an engineer who turned outlaw to fight against the exploitative Balwant Thakur. Protecting Vaishnavi's family brings Daaku Maharaaj face to face with his past.
Alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna and Urvashi Rautela, Daaku Maharaaj stars Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath and Bobby Deol in his Telugu debut.
