Emirates is giving away free hotel stay to all passengers in Dubai. But there is a catch...

Emirates airlines is offering free complimentary hotel stays for all its passengers traveling to Dubai. The free complimentary stay ranges in 4 or 5-star. As per the country's flagship carrier's statement, passengers who travel with Emirates to Dubai in First Class or Business Class will get two nights at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central. These passengers will also benefit chauffeur-drive service to and from the airport, the airlines said. It further added that passengers who travel by Premium Economy or Economy Class will get complimentary one night’s stay at the Novotel Trade Centre Dubai.

Who can avail the offer?

Passengers who are staying in Dubai or just stopping for over 24 hours can avail this offer. Moreover, this offer is available to passengers who book their tickets prior to 11 June and the travel dates should be from May 26 to August 31.

How to avail the offer?

As per the statement, once the tickets are booked under the said dates, an email need to be sent to EmiratesOffer@emirates.com with the booking reference, date of arrival in Dubai, passenger names, contact phone number and email address to receive hotel confirmation.

The complimentary stay will always be booked on the arrival date of the flight booking, it said. It further added that if the mentioned hotel is not available, the carrier will then book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating. As per the Emirates statement, passengers travelling on Mixed Class (Economy Class and Business Class or First Class) fares will be entitled to an Economy Class stay. 

As per the press release, the offer is not applicable on tickets issued with group tariff, industry discounted tickets, tickets redeemed in full using Skywards Miles, or other redemption offers.
