Narkanda, a hill resort in northern India, is attracting tourists from all over the country with its pleasant weather.

Narkanda, a picturesque hill destination in the state, has become the preferred choice for tourists looking to escape crowded locations. Visitors from Delhi, seeking respite from the scorching heat and bustling city life, have expressed their delight in choosing Narkanda for its pleasant atmosphere, lower temperatures, and overall enjoyable and relaxing environment. Suresh, a tourist from Delhi, highlighted the pure air and the beauty of Narkanda, stating that it was the ideal place to spend their holidays.

Travelers are opting to stay in the outskirts rather than crowded places like Shimla. Hotels and travel businesses are experiencing high demand, with advance bookings pouring in for June and July.

Manager Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Suresh Manager said, “This June in comparison to the last June we have tourist arrival more than the previous year, we have tourists coming in from West Bengal, Gurugram, Delhi, Chandigarh and Mumbai also. Due to natural beauty, tourists prefer the hills away from cities. We have advance bookings coming in, we have trekking activities and have the Hatu temple and Tanuja areas. We have special discount offers to give regards to the senior citizens."

Anita, another tourist from Delhi, echoed the sentiment, describing Narkanda as a beautiful place devoid of rush and offering cleanliness rarely found in other tourist spots. She encouraged others to visit the hills during the summer season, emphasizing the pleasant weather compared to the sweltering heat of Delhi.
