At UNHRC, India fields J&K diplomat to rebut Pak's demand for international probe on Kashmir

New Delhi: In what can be regarded as a masterstroke, India on Tuesday fielded a diplomat from Jammu and Kashmir to rebut Pakistan’s charges of alleged human rights violation and Indian brutality in Kashmir.
