New Delhi: The Yellow Brick Road, a unique and informal dining destination at the Ambassador hotel in New Delhi is celebrating two decades of culinary excellence. To mark the 20 year milestone, the legendary 24-hour restaurant is offering a special 10 day culinary experience and has curated flavours from the days of the Raj to favourites from the original menu. Offering international and local cuisine and decorated with vintage posters and splashes of colour, this all-day diner remains a hot favourite with Delhiites even today.
The culinary celebrations are on from 14 – 24 May 2019 during which executive chef Sanjeev Chopra and his team will be showcasing signature dishes. The ambience and décor of the restaurant will also augment the celebrations. The celebration tasting menu was unveiled in the presence of Chef Joshi who was at the helm of culinary affairs at Yellow Brick Road 20 years ago during the inception and launch of this unique all day diner.
The eclectic menu includes a selection of dishes from Around the World, Raj Curries, Chutney Mary, Tandoori Delights featuring dishes like Fish Portuguese , American Fried Chicken, Gol Boti Angara, Chote Miya Biryani, Railway Cutlets, Kurkuri Idli Chaat and many more to savour! The much-fabled desserts such as Bulls Eye and Yellow Submarine are a hit with customers.
