Dibrugarh-bound IndiGo flight carrying Union Minister, MLAs makes emergency landing at Guwahati Airport
Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Rameswar Teli, and two Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs Prasanta Phukan and Terash Gowalla were also on board flight 6E2652 when it made an emergency landing at Guwahati airport.

A Dibrugarh-bound IndiGo flight was diverted to Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International after the pilot of the plane announced snag in engine of the aircraft.
Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Rameswar Teli, and two Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs Prasanta Phukan and Terash Gowalla were also on board flight 6E2652 when it made an emergency landing at Guwahati airport.
Rameshwar Teli, Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas who was travelling on the flight said that flight was in the air for 15 to 20 minutes before it was diverted to Guwahati
"I was on the Indigo flight along with BJP MLAs Prashant Phukan and Terash Gowala. The flight was in the air for 15 to 20 minutes before being diverted to Dibrugarh Airport in Guwahati. We are all safe, Teli said as quoted by ANI.
