The company said the services were restored immediately and banking was normal again.
Another customer tweeted, ‘’I cannot login into my app and i am not able to use the website as well i am in the middle of a transaction and your bank services are down? Please be quick about it.''
Meanwhile, a call to customer care department of the bank confirmed that netbanking and mobile apps were indeed facing glitches since 5.30 pm. The executive assured that services will be back online within the hour.
