Income Tax Department's e-portal is not functioning since morning and will be back to normal after 11:30 am on 10 June 2023. The website is unavailable due to upkeep activity. Services will be available after 11:30 AM on 10 June 2023.

There was no major technical glitch that caused the issue and the portal will be back to normal after 11:30. Notably, Income Tax India's official website is functioning properly.

The income tax e-filing website was launched in 2021 to replace the former e-filing portal www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. Now, people can submit their income tax returns (ITRs) and perform other tax-related activities online on the website, or portal.

Tax payers can visit the tax e-portal to fill and submit their ITR, to link aadhaar card with their PAN card, file audit reports, e-verify ITR, view form 26AS, file complaints online, e-verify ITR, reply to e-proceedings, request changes in ITR particulars online, request intimations, request for re-issuing refunds, complaint or file application to request change in details of tax credit system. People can also use the portal to send responses in the case of any unpaid income tax demand.lso Rea
