The upcoming Versova-Bandra Sea link will connect Andheri to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link as part of the coastal road project. The MTHL will connect Mumbai to Navi Mumbai. The construction work of the sea link is expected to be over by the end of this year.
Now renamed as Swatantrya Ver Savarkar Sea Link is currently under construction in Mumbai. The 17.17-kilometre (10.67 mi) long bridge will provide connectivity between Versova, a neighbourhood in the suburb of Andheri and Bandra–Worli Sea Link in Bandra. The eight-lane sea link will help in reducing the traffic congestion in the metro city, especially during the peak hours.
