Ministers from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and its partners will meet in Vienna from Dec. 5 to 6 to decide on cutting outputs.

Investors are concerned that a preliminary agreement between the United States and China may be further delayed to put an end to their trade war that has slowed global economic growth, and consequently consumption of oil.
