Rajnath Singh to hold bilateral talks with US, German counterparts in Delhi
US Secretary of Defence, Lloyd Austin, and German Federal Defence Minister, Boris Pistorius, will be arriving in New Delhi for the talks which will address a range of bilateral defence cooperation issues, particularly focusing on industrial collaboration.

New Delhi: Defence minister Rajnath Singh will hold bilateral discussions with his US and German counterparts on 5 and 6 June, respectively, according to a statement from the defence ministry on Saturday.
US Secretary of Defence, Lloyd Austin, and German Federal Defence Minister, Boris Pistorius, will be arriving in New Delhi for the talks which will address a range of bilateral defence cooperation issues, particularly focusing on industrial collaboration.
Austin, who is scheduled to fly in from Singapore on June 4 for a two-day visit, will be returning to India for the second time following his previous trip in March 2021.
In contrast, Pistorius is due to land on June 5 for a four-day trip, during which he is expected to interact with a number of defence startups at an event hosted by Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) in the Indian capital.
Subsequently, on June 7, Pistorius will be heading to Mumbai to visit the Headquarters of the Western Naval Command and the Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited.
