WBCHSE HS result 2023 out: Check passing percentage, list of toppers, other details

West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) on Wednesday announced Higher Secondary (HS) or Class 12th board exam results 2023. Students from Science, Commerce and Arts stream can check WB HS result 2023 on wbresults.nic.in.

The West Bengal Class 12 board exam was conducted from 14-27 March this year in which around 8 lakh students appeared.

Step 1: Visit the official website wbresults.nic.in

Step 2: Click on Higher Secondary results

Step 3: Enter roll number, date of birth to login

Step 4: Your mark sheet will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download the mark sheet and take a printout for future use.

Number of students appeared: 824891

Students passed in WBCHSE class 12 board: 737807

Pass percentage: 89.25%

WBCHSE Class 12 2023: FACTS

• Subharangshu Sardar has topped Class 12 with 496 out of 500 marks.
• Rank 2 holders are Sushma Khan and Abu Sama, who scored 495/500 marks.
• Rank 3 in the WBCHSE Class 12 board exam is shared among--Chandrabindu Maity, Anusua Saha, Piyali Das, Shreya Mallik ((494 marks).
• West Bengal's East Midnapore students have topped with a pass percentage of 95.75%.
• 87 students among top-10 rank list. of which 18 are from Hooghly district.
• As many as 52,878 candidates have got more than 80% marks while 2,73,580 students have scored above 60%.
• Boy's pass percentage: 91.86%
• Girl's pass percentage: 87.26%
