Indians dream of more than one sexual partner? Here's what a survey says

However, according to a report by Business Insider, that quoted a Gleeden report on the top five erotic fantasies of India, shows the fights of imagination across India are soaring.
Indian couples, especially residing in Tier-2 cities, have shown a higher propensity towards fantasizing about having multiple sexual partners, added the report.
“Breaking the monotony in the bedroom can be a fun and exciting way of exploring your sexuality and deepening your connection with your partner," BI quoted Sybill Shidell, Country Manager, India as saying.

According to Gleeden -- online dating community -- here are the top five fantasies of married people in India:
1) Multiple sexual partners:
To enhance their sex lives, 19% of male respondents and 18% of female respondents expressed fantasies about engaging with multiple partners. Especially, Tier-2 cities' residents showed a higher inclination towards fantasizing about having multiple sexual partners.
The report says Guwahati received 26% of the vote, Ludhiana received 19%, and Jaipur received 18%.
While, Tier-1 cities respondents like Kolkata lead at 21%, followed by Delhi at 19%, Mumbai at 24%, and Bangalore at 16%.
2) One-night stand:
Another fantasy that creates a lure of excitement and spontaneity, while an escape from the routine of a long-term marriage is a one-night stand. As per the report, 23% of males, and 20% of females expressed a desire to engage in a one-night stand with someone other than their current partner.
Cities with a higher interest in one-night stands include Kolkata at 31%, Delhi at 24%, Mumbai at 26%, and Bangalore at 22%.
Meanwhile, enthusiasm in Tier 2 cities is much more with 33% of respondents from Guwahati, 22% from Patna, and 20% from Ahmedabad expressing openness to one-night stands.
3) Flirting:
This wild side is seen as a way to feel desired, and attractive, and boost one's confidence among married people in India.
Outside their current relationship, 26% of males and 22% of females imagine themselves engaging in flirting. Data from the report reveals a notable interest in flirting among people in Kolkata (29%), Delhi (31%), Mumbai (27%), and Bangalore (26%). While in Tier 2 cities, 33% of respondents from Guwahati, 28% from Patna, and 23% from Ludhiana expressed a desire for it.
4) Virtual flirting:
Engaging in virtual flirting with someone other than their partner, without physically crossing the boundaries of their marriage, is a growing fantasy in India.
Data shows 31% of males, and 24% of females have these fantasies. Guwahati stands out with 48% of respondents expressing an inclination toward virtual flirting, while Patna follows with 18%. For Tier 1, percentages such as 29% from Kolkata, 34% from Delhi, 31% from Mumbai, and 30% from Jaipur express interest.
5) A stranger's entry:
Last but not least. In this fantasy, a married male/female wishes to engage in having sex with one's current partner. This desire is shared by both men and women in India.
As per data, 26% of males and 22% of females imagine themselves engaging in this fantasy. 28% from Kolkata, 29% from Mumbai, and 26% from Bangalore express an interest in this fantasy. While, 30% from Jaipur, 35% from Guwahati, and 25% from Indore expressed a desire for this experience, added the report.
