School plays are meant to be fun—a chance for kids to unleash their creativity and bring stories to life. A school took the “bringing stories to life” phrase to another unimaginable level by turning a play into a horror show as they showed some children hanging by the nooses, depicting scenes as serious as death by hanging. That's right!
We are talking about a viral video that has surfaced on social media, becoming viral as we write about it. The video showed three young boys hanging by nooses for a school play.
The viral clip shows three boys on the stage and hanging by nooses attached to a wood log. All these boys are dressed in prisoner costumes, and their heads are covered with black clothes.
Though this appears to be part of the school play, social media users are debating on the safety of these children. Also, the origin of the video is till not ascertained, but believed that it may have been taken during Republic Day 2025.
The video has gone viral, and garnered over 1.3 million views.

Another video that is going viral shows a senior female professor getting "married" to a student in the classroom at a state-run university in West Bengal.
This incident has triggered a furore, following which an inquiry was ordered on Wednesday, officials said.
The professor, however, claimed that it was a drama that was part of her class.
“The incident happened at the Psychology Department of the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) at Haringhata in Nadia district,” they told PTI.
