Describing the spread, Ghosh called it “an incredibly delicious paté of potol/parwal (pointed gourd); methi begun (eggplant with fenugreek leaves); lauer ghonto (bottle gourd); kolai/urad dal; tok (chutney) of tomatillo; and much else.
