New Delhi: A Delhi court on Saturday adjourned hearing in the National Herald case for cross examination of Subramanian Swamy in the matter.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Samar Vishal adjourned the matter after both the counsels sought for it.
The next date of hearing is on 21 October.
Subramanian Swamy, in a private criminal complaint, had accused Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others of conspiracy of misappropriation of funds and cheating by paying just ₹50 lakh, through which the Young Indian Pvt Ltd obtained the right to recover ₹90.25 crore that the Associate Journals Ltd owed to the Congress.
